Tip: You can click the plus sign next to each Rock to expand and collapse the Rock panel, allowing you to see related Rock actions

Editing Rocks


  1. In the menu ribbon click Rocks

  2. Make sure you are on the Rocks tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)

  3. Click the edit button on the right of the Rock you wish to amend Edit project button

  4. Change the details you need (such as updating the percentage complete) and click Update Rock

  5. Your Rock is now updated

Deleting Rocks


  1. In the menu ribbon click Rocks 

  2. Make sure you are on the Rocks tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)


  3. Click the Delete button on the right of the Rock you wish to remove Delete project button

  4. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm you want to delete the Rock, as deletions cannot be undone. Click Delete

  5. Your Rock is now removed
