There are two ways you can delete an action within the projects module:

  1. On the Rocks tab
  2.  On the actions tab

Deleting an action on the Rocks tab


  1. In the menu ribbon click Rocks

  2. Make sure you are on the Rocks tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)

  3. Click the plus + on the right of the Rock your action is related to, so you can see all of the Rock actions


  4. Click the delete button next to the action
    NOTE: If you can't see your action, it may be on the completed tab if it was 100% complete

  5. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm you want to delete the action, as deletions cannot be undone. Click Delete

  6. Your action is now removed

Deleting an action on the actions tab


  1. In the menu ribbon click Rocks

  2. Make sure you are on the Actions tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)

  3. Find the action you wish to delete, and click the delete button next to the action

  4. A pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm you want to delete the action, as deletions cannot be undone. Click Delete

  5. Your action is now removed
