This guide will walk you through how to edit and view an existing meeting and how to delete meetings you don't want anymore.
Viewing & editing an existing meeting
- In the menu ribbon click Meetings
- If your meeting is in the future, then you can find it on the Upcoming tab. If it has already taken place then click on the Past tab
- Click the edit button to the right of your meeting name to edit/view your meeting
- You can now edit and view your meeting record
Deleting a meeting
- In the menu ribbon click Meetings
- If your meeting is in the future, then you can find it on the Upcoming tab. If it has already taken place then click on the Past tab
- Click the delete icon to the right of the meeting you wish to remove
- A pop-up will appear to check you are sure - deleting a meeting cannot be undone and it will remove all of your meeting notes. Click OK
- Your meeting is now deleted
