This guide will walk you through how to edit and view an existing meeting and how to delete meetings you don't want anymore.


Viewing & editing an existing meeting


  1. In the menu ribbon click Meetings

  2. If your meeting is in the future, then you can find it on the Upcoming tab. If it has already taken place then click on the Past tab


  3. Click the edit button to the right of your meeting name to edit/view your meeting

  4. You can now edit and view your meeting record 

Deleting a meeting


  1. In the menu ribbon click Meetings

  2. If your meeting is in the future, then you can find it on the Upcoming tab. If it has already taken place then click on the Past tab

  3. Click the delete icon to the right of the meeting you wish to remove

  4. A pop-up will appear to check you are sure - deleting a meeting cannot be undone and it will remove all of your meeting notes. Click OK

  5. Your meeting is now deleted
