You can share your canvases with other people in your organisation. To do this, you must first go into the edit view of the canvas.


  1. In the menu ribbon click on Strategy and then Canvases

  2. This will take you to a list of all of your canvases. Click the edit icon on the right of the canvas you wish to change

  3. Once in the edit view, click the Share button in the top right

  4. In the drop-down, select the users you wish to share the canvas with (or un-highlight their name, if you don't want them to see it anymore). Selected users are highlighted in blue


  5. Click Save all changes - if you don't save, then the shared users won't be saved either

  6. The shared with users can now see your canvas in their own canvas module
