1. Go to app.lifenumber.co.uk and click Sign up here
   
   
2. Complete the form and click Sign Up
   
   
3. Check your emails (keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case), the app will send you an email "Thanks for signing up" with a link to activate your account
   
   
4. Click the link in the email. This will take you to a webpage to set your password. Your password must:
   • Have at least 1 UPPERCASE letter
   • Have at least 1 number 0-9
   • Have at least one special character (!?@#$%^&*()-_=+{};:,<.>~).
   • Be at least 8 characters long
     
     
5. Click Save
   
   
6. You'll now be taken to the login page where you can login with the email address you registered and the password you just set
