Editing an Adviser


  1. Navigate to the adviser list by clicking in the top right

  2. From the adviser list, click the edit icon to the far right of their name

  3. A pop-up will appear where you can edit their name and/or email address. Make your changes and click Update adviser

    Note: if you accidentally typed your colleague's email incorrectly when you were adding them as an adviser, the system will not send a new activation link  upon changing their email. You will need to remove them (see below for instructions on how to do this) and add them again

  4. Once advisers have logged in and activated their account, they can change their own name and email address by following this guide

Removing an Adviser


  1. Navigate to the adviser list by clicking in the top right

  2. From the adviser list, click the delete icon to the far right of their name

  3. A pop-up confirmation box will appear, because deletions cannot be undone. Click Delete

  4. Your Adviser is now removed. Note, this means they will no longer have a LifeNumber account and cannot log in at all
