Editing an Adviser
- Navigate to the adviser list by clicking in the top right
- From the adviser list, click the edit icon to the far right of their name
- A pop-up will appear where you can edit their name and/or email address. Make your changes and click Update adviser
Note: if you accidentally typed your colleague's email incorrectly when you were adding them as an adviser, the system will not send a new activation link upon changing their email. You will need to remove them (see below for instructions on how to do this) and add them again - Once advisers have logged in and activated their account, they can change their own name and email address by following this guide
Removing an Adviser
- Navigate to the adviser list by clicking in the top right
- From the adviser list, click the delete icon to the far right of their name
- A pop-up confirmation box will appear, because deletions cannot be undone. Click Delete
- Your Adviser is now removed. Note, this means they will no longer have a LifeNumber account and cannot log in at all
