The actions module in Agendali lists all of the actions assigned to you (unless you are an admin, in which case you can see everyone else's actions too). 


Agendali shouldn't be used as a task management tool, but the actions module can help you see everything you need to do as a result of meetings in one place.


You can't create actions from within the module - actions must be created from within a meeting or agenda. You can edit existing actions to change details and/or mark if they are completed or not. 


  1. To view actions, first click on Actions in the menu ribbon

  2. This will show you a list of your actions. You can search the actions module by using the search bar in the top right. You can search by action name or action owner 

  3. If you want to edit an action, you can click on the action name or the edit icon on the right


     
  4. A popup will appear. Make your changes and press Save

  5. You action has been updated

  6. To delete an action, click on the delete icon to the right of the action you wish to remove
  7. A confirmation popup will appear, click Delete

  8. Your action has been removed
