This guide will walk you through how to create a new meeting from a template. There are two ways to do this:


  1. Loading a new meeting from a template
  2. Loading a template into a blank meeting

Loading a new meeting from a template


  1. In the menu ribbon click Meetings. Make sure you are on the Upcoming tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)

  2. Click on the plus + sign in the top right


  3. In the popup click into the dropdown and select your template


  4. Click Load

  5. You'll then be taken into your meeting record so you can edit/amend it

  6. To see how to further configure your meeting, such as sending out meeting invites and downloading a copy, click here

  7. You can add and remove topics and subtopics here as you need, without affecting the template. To see how to add, remove and edit topics and subtopics click here

Loading a template into a blank meeting


  1. In the menu ribbon click Meetings. Make sure you are on the Upcoming tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)

  2. Click on the plus + sign in the top right

     
  3. In the popup click Create a blank Meeting


  4. You've now created a blank meeting record. To load in a template, click the Templates button at the top of your Meeting Information panel OR scroll to the bottom of the page and click Load agenda from template



  5. In the pop-up, chose your Template from the drop-down and click Load


  6. Your template will now be loaded in to your blank meeting
