This guide will walk you through how to create a new meeting from a template. There are two ways to do this:
- Loading a new meeting from a template
- Loading a template into a blank meeting

Loading a new meeting from a template
- In the menu ribbon click Meetings. Make sure you are on the Upcoming tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)
- Click on the plus + sign in the top right
- In the popup click into the dropdown and select your template
- Click Load
- You'll then be taken into your meeting record so you can edit/amend it

- You can add and remove topics and subtopics here as you need, without affecting the template. To see how to add, remove and edit topics and subtopics click here
Loading a template into a blank meeting
- In the menu ribbon click Meetings. Make sure you are on the Upcoming tab (the active tab will be highlighted in green)
- Click on the plus + sign in the top right
- In the popup click Create a blank Meeting
- You've now created a blank meeting record. To load in a template, click the Templates button at the top of your Meeting Information panel OR scroll to the bottom of the page and click Load agenda from template
- In the pop-up, chose your Template from the drop-down and click Load
- Your template will now be loaded in to your blank meeting
