You must create a cover page for your plan to be able to print and/or download it.
The module is split into three parts:
- View - this is where you can preview your plan and edit it
- Cover page - this is where you can create a cover page for your plan
- Download & print - this is where you can download a copy of your plan. You need to create a cover page before you can download or print it

Creating a cover page
- In the menu ribbon click Strategy and then Business Plan
- Click on the cover page icon in the top right
- If you haven't created a cover page yet, then click Get started on the right-hand side
- This will take you to a new screen, where you can set up the details of your cover page such as adding a logo (this has a 2MB size limit). Some fields are required to be able to create a cover page. These are indicated by (required) next to them
- You can choose to include a table of contents by ticking the option in the top right
- Once you have populated the form with your organisation's information, and decided if you want a table of contents or not, scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes
- Your cover page has now been created
Editing a cover page
- In the menu ribbon click Strategy and then Business Plan
- Click on the cover page icon in the top right
- This will take you to a new screen, where you can amend the details of your cover page such as your logo (this has a 2MB size limit) and organisation name
- Tick/untick the box to include/exclude a table of contents as you need
- Scroll to the bottom and click save changes
Removing a cover page
- In the menu ribbon click Strategy and then Business Plan
- Click on the cover page icon in the top right
- This will take you to a new screen, scroll to the bottom and click Remove cover page
- A pop-up confirmation box will appear as you will loose all of your cover page configuration and this can't be undone (unless you start over). Click OK
- Your cover page has now been removed. You can create a new one from scratch if you need to
