Metrics
A guide to how to create, edit and remove Metrics including entering Metric data. Metrics in GoalDriver are split into two main categories: Goals and Drivers. Goals are usually quarterly. It's a target - what you want to achieve in your business and is a result of doing things (Drivers). You should only have a handful and one person should "own" them. Drivers are what you need to do in order to achieve your goals, and are usually daily or weekly. Multiple people can be assigned to one driver. Never link people's pay to drivers.
